Starting a trust is easy! Gather the information you'll want to include first, such as:
- Names, ages, size, breed of pets
- Special diet or medication requirements
- Veterinary information, name, address
- Your chosen caregiver and trustee
- Emergency instructions
Go to Start Your Trust
Your user name is your Email address, choose a password. Then fill out the online interview to capture any details you want to include in the trust.
Once you have completed the interview, the trust document will be Emailed to you. Review it carefully to be sure it includes all of the needed information on each pet and your instructions for their care.
Print the document and have it notarized. Your bank should be able to provide this service for you.
Keep your notarized Pet Care Trust with your other important papers. Your pet trust is also stored on our website for 30 days to allow you to make any revisions / edits should you need to make any changes.
